Urban Resource was founded by the brother-and-sister team of Daniel Veitia and Laura Veitia, both native Miamians who are long-time Miami Beach residents, homeowners and real estate investors. Laura Veitia has been a real estate professional since 1995, working exclusively in Miami Beach and Miami. She holds a broker's license and has been among the top 1 percent of realtors nationwide since 2003. Daniel Veitia is a licensed community association manager (CAM) and licensed real estate broker.
