Our in-house procurement team plays a crucial role in managing the complex orders that bring our designs to life.

What You’ll Learn:

As a Procurement Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the following areas:

  • Order Processing: Learn the ins and outs of processing orders for materials and furniture, ensuring timely and accurate purchases.

  • Vendor Relationships: Build and manage relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and maintaining strong partnerships.

  • File and Order Information Storage: Develop skills in organizing and storing important procurement documents and order information.

  • Order Tracking: Master the art of tracking orders from placement to delivery, ensuring all items arrive on time.

  • Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with our warehouse team in West Little River, Miami, to receive and organize shipments.

  • Claims and Reimbursements: Handle claims and reimbursement processes efficiently, resolving any issues that arise.

  • Shipping Updates: Stay on top of shipping details, providing updates and coordinating domestic freight.

  • International Logistics: Assist in coordinating shipments to our projects in the Caribbean, gaining valuable experience in international logistics.
