Description
About the Event
The inaugural Future of Learning Forum is being brought to you by Blockchain Learning Group, a Canadian-based blockchain education company that provides experiential-based training programs for high schools. This forum has been created to bring together thought leaders in the education sector, including educators, policy makers and experts, to explore the impact that technology will have on the future of learning and work.
Objective of Forum
- How do we ensure we are building curriculum today that addresses the 21st century global competencies needed for tomorrow?
- How do we capitalize on opportunities to expose students to emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence in a systematic and consistent manner?
- Are we doing enough with our curriculum programming to promote greater critical thinking, problem solving, innovation, creativity, or an entrepreneurship spirit at every opportunity?
There will also be an exciting line-up of panels which will tackle issues such as: exploring the technology skills gap of students leaving high school; seeing examples of innovative learning approaches being done in Canadian high schools currently; and a panel of senior leaders who will discuss the path forward in a segment we are dubbing #SoWhatNowWhat
Why you Should Attend?
As educators continue to grapple with how to best prepare our high school students for the workforce of tomorrow, and what that means for the new and innovative learning approaches we need to instill today, forums such as The Future of Learning play an invaluable role in bringing together the most forward thinking minds in the education sector to focus only on this one topic area.
Don’t miss this opportunity to be a part of the solution moving forward!
