Natural Sundays in the Garden by Alma Community
in collaboration with the Miami Beach Botanical Garden

Join us on Sunday, November 11th for a fun, family-friendly event in the heart of Miami Beach. You will enjoy an early afternoon of relaxation in the lush, botanical gardens, exploring a pop-up wellness market, and participating in a stimulating mindful eating experience. 

Aleksandra Eifler, founder of Vita Infuse Yourself With Life, shall lead an interactive wellness brunch, “Your Craving Is Your Teacher” where you will explore cravings. A craving is a powerful desire, a sense of longing. The intention is that you will discover that you can learn from your cravings or addictions. The plant-powered brunch shall be provided by Raw Fit Beauty.

• Mindful Brunch Workshop led by Aleksandra Eifler, Founder of Vita Infuse Yourself With Life
• Delicious plant-based meal prepared by Nicole Rodriguez founder of Raw Fit Beauty
• Children’s Art Class
• Live Movement & Dance Demonstrations
• Live Music
• 10:30am Yoga Session ($10 fee for participants)
