Bacon Wrapped Maduros
Sweet plantains wrapped in bacon with a habanero sauce

Croquetas de Jamon
Ham croquettes with a blackberry dijon sauce

Truffle Yuca Frita
Fried yuca topped with truffle oil and parmesan cheese served with a cilantro aioli

Vaca Frita de Pollo
Grilled shredded chicken breast sauteed with white rice andsweet plantains 

Bistec de Palomilla 
Grilled thin Cuban style steak topped with onions served with white rice and black beans

Ropa Vieja 
Shredded beef in Creole sauce with white rice and sweet plantains

Bistro Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette (Option: Add Grilled Chicken Breast )
 mixed greens with almonds,cranberries, sunflower seeds and crumbled feta cheese served with balsamic vinaigrette
