The newly renonvated Forge Restaurant on 41st street recently re-opened after a major remodeling project that lasted almost a year in honor of its 40th Anniversary in Miami Beach in 2009. The award-winning restaurant’s overall design and décor was executed by Francois Frossard. The walls are hand-carved blonde wood with antique smoked mirror, octopussian lilac and white crystal chandeliers, and has an eclectic mix of upholstered and metal furniture.

Exeutive Chef Dewey LoSasso presents a 65-item menu broken down by Savory Snacks, Starts, Pastas, Grains & Risotto, Principal Meats, Principal Fish & Crustaceans, Salads and Sides. Enomatic’s offer guests 80 wines by the ounce.

The open floor plan of the 6,000-square-foot space allows guests to see and be seen, which is why the Forge is a prime location to celebrate Champions of Business Luncheon.
