The newly renonvated Forge Restaurant on 41st street recently re-opened after a major remodeling project that lasted almost a year in honor of its 40th Anniversary in Miami Beach in 2009. The award-winning restaurant&rsquo\;s overall design and dé\;cor was executed by Francois Frossard. The walls are hand-carved blonde wood with antique smoked mirror\, octopussian lilac and white crystal chandeliers\, and has an eclectic mix of upholstered and metal furniture.

Exeutive Chef Dewey LoSasso presents a 65-item menu broken down by Savory Snacks\, Starts\, Pastas\, Grains &\; Risotto\, Principal Meats\, Principal Fish &\; Crustaceans\, Salads and Sides. Enomatic&rsquo\;s offer guests 80 wines by the ounce.

The open floor plan of the 6\,000-square-foot space allows guests to see and be seen\, which is why the Forge is a prime location to celebrate Champions of Business Luncheon.
