CYCLE SEVEN and the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District have teamed up to bring Miami Beach an epic wellness event!
Join an amazing lineup of some of Miami's very best fitness and wellness brands for a day filled with movement, music, and mindfulness.
Each class has it's own sign-up, so feel free to join us for the class you plan to attend, or sign up for multiple classes and spend the day with us!
We welcome and encourage all levels and body types to join. Whether you've been off your routine for a while and are looking to step back into community and support or you just want to add new movement and friends to your repetoire, BODY MIND & SOUL is an event you don't want to miss!
