Everyone around the globe is experiencing a shift during these current changing times. During this workshop, Psychotherapist, Tamara Filgueiras from Oasis Counseling & Wellness, will discuss how to align your mindset in order to manage stress, stay grounded, adapt to changes, and thrive mentally, emotionally, and professionally. Tamara Filgueiras specializes in treating anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma; and utilizes an approach that incorporates learning how to work with your brain along with mindfulness to unlock your potential and thrive.
