Over the years, Stephanie has provided countless reviews of operational evaluations and trained service standards worldwide to the top hotels in the world.
Since relocating her business to Miami last August, Stephanie has been busy training our local hotel employees and providing service feedback to the hotel leaders.
Her passion for creating employee performance development and engagement in hospitality has led to learning multiple cultural backgrounds.
