Commercial REAL Estate Coach

Kevin A. Krueger is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent advising Workspace managers' Commercial Lease search & negotiation: Office, Warehouse, Retail.

Additionally, Krueger searches sites for Developers' acquisition to build up Market-Rate Apartment buildings in South Florida's urban core.

"Coach" Kevin currently serves as co-chairman of our Construction, Real Estate & Development Council: 2025-27.

"Coach" Kevin founded the Miami Athletic Association in 2021 to promote Sports Tourism as our region is the top fan destination in the world but the Hospitality industry has yet to wake up to this affluent, family-friendly target of tourists.  Members attend quarterly #NetWorkingOut events at newly constructed Hotels' amenity decks.  Expect to share best-practices within Hospitality or Sports/Fitness Management.  Non-Alcohol, Adrenaline-fueled exercise bonds better among Young Professionals.
