  • Located in Miami, FL since 1927, we are part of the larger Unity Movement, which is “a positive path for spiritual living” worldwide. This movement was founded over 100 years ago in Kansas City, Missouri, by Charles and Myrtle Fillmore. Locally, we are a vibrant and diverse community of over 2,000 congregants, representing a wide range of ethnic, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds. We offer classes and services that empower individuals to live prosperous and meaningful lives.
     

  • We are relocating from the Downtown Miami area to Miami Gardens, FL.
     

 


 

2. Project Overview

We are seeking a creative agency to lead a rebrand that reflects our evolving identity as a spiritual community. This includes visual, verbal, and experiential brand development aligned with our purpose and values.

 


 

3. Goals of the Rebrand

  • Clarify and evolve our brand identity

  • Attract and engage our evolving audience

  • Reflect our spiritual essence in modern, accessible ways

  • Ensure consistency across all communications and experiences

  • Support long-term growth and community engagement
     

 


 

4. Scope of Work

  • Explore change of name (involving key members of our community)

  • Evaluate and possibly recreate:

    • Mission, vision, and values

    • Purpose and brand promise

    • Positioning and target audience

    • Core messaging and key differentiators

    • Brand story and personality

    • Voice and tone

    • Messaging hierarchy

    • Service experience and customer journey

  • Create rebranding campaigns and launch strategy

  • Assist with public relations and media outreach

  • Perform team training 

  • Create culture materials and onboarding resources

  • Create brand guidelines in style guide / brand book
     

 


 

5. Proposal Requirements

6. Timeline

  • Proposal deadline: November 25, 2025
     

  • Selection by: December 16, 2025
     

  • Project kickoff: January 2026

  • Relevant experience with spiritual or mission-driven organizations
     

  • Quality of portfolio and creative approach
     

  • Strategic alignment and collaborative process
