Join us for a 60-minute high-energy dance class. Get ready to dance to upbeat tunes of salsa, flamenco, merengue and other exotic beats to get your body flowing. This will feel more like a dance party than a workout but we promise you?ll be burning over 350 calories through this dance party targeting your core, arms, legs and glutes. Whether you're an advanced dancer, beginner or just want to come for the excellent work out - all are welcome!
Post class join us at the Sunrise Pool for a post work-out pool party to cool down.
