The Women's Education Series at World OutGames Miami is designed to empower women to energize their bodies, expand their hearts and ignite their minds.
Self Defense techniques is an important skill set and base of knowledge to have.
Challenge yourself to learn something new that will empower you to protect yourself in challenging situations by taking this course with martial artist and black belt champion, Lisa Gaylord.
