Over the course of his career, Tobin has served on a number of real property committees. An active member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property Probate & Trust Law Section, he currently serves as Chairperson of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee – 11th Circuit. Tobin is a founding member and current Director of the North Dade and the Beaches Real Estate Council. Tobin lectures extensively to Florida Bar groups, real estate councils, banks, and real estate professionals regarding all facets of real property law.
