About The Chef
Chef Philippe Ruiz. Here some words about him. French-born executive chef Philippe Ruiz helms Villa Azur?s kitchen with his interpretation of French nouvelle cuisine style which received the highest accolades for his timeless approach with an international twist. In 2006, the French government honored Ruiz with the title of Chevalier de l?Ordre Du Mérite Agricole. Miami owns a slice of France with Villa Azur and Chef Philippe Ruiz honored by the title of Chevalier de l?Ordre du Merite Agricole by the French Government helms its kitchen. The award recognizes the ?continued significant contribution to the quality, advancement, and success of the agricultural and food sectors".
