Kilu Horecki  is a clinical herbalist trained in western herbalism, Chinese traditional medicine, and the ancient art of Ayurveda. Through his practice, which blends modern science with traditional techniques, Kilu helps individuals around the world to achieve lasting well-being through the use of herbal remedies and lifestyle optimization. He also educates about the current environment’s impact on one’s well-being. Kilu’s extensive clinical experience has led to the creation of a line of herbal products. This talk will cover aspects of the medicinal qualities of Florida native plants based on modern, research-based herbalism. Botanicals like Elderberry, Saw Palmetto or Partridge Berry will be discussed.
