The 2009 Saturn TotalHealth & Fitness Expo Presented by The Miami Herald & El Nuevo Herald will feature over 100 exhibitors showcasing the latest trends, designs, and advances in running shoes and apparel. The expo will also include the latest in various sports, fitness, and nutrition. The expo is also an opportunity to learn more about the sponsors of the 2009 ING Miami Marathon. The best thing about the expo is that it is free and open to the public.
