Come dance with us at the beautiful space at Drinkhouse Fire & Ice. Our hope is that you leave feeling amazing and connected to your truest self.
Qoya is a movement class that will help you get out of your head and connected to your body and spirit. It is fusion of dance, yoga and feminine/sensual movement... and is based on the simple idea that through movement we remember that our essence is wise, wild and free.

Free - expanding our capacity to enjoy being embodied through sensual movement
The beautiful thing about Qoya is there is no way you can do it wrong. All are welcome.
