Pillar Dinner at Seaspice!
Enjoy an evening networking with Miami Beach's pillar community business members.
Can't stay for dinner? Just stay for the networker at this chic spot with an outdoor patio, globally influenced seafood an adjacent hot-stone & crudo lounge.
Three-Course Dinner: $50.00

Butternut squash ravioli, roasted hazelnut and olive oil emulsion-will be ready on the table as the guests get seated.

ABOUT THE CHEF
ANGEL LEON, EXECUTIVE CHEF
Leon was born and raised in Miami from Cuban descent. His interest in culinary arts sparked while working in Cuban bakeries during his adolescence. In his early twenties, Leon work under renowned Miami, French Chef, Pascal Oudim, where he gained a foundation that helped him expand his creativity and build new expertise in the culinary arts.
Leon was part of the opening team with Michelle Bernstein for Azul Restaurant at the Miami Mandarin Oriental Hotel. In 2009, he lead the opening of Sugarcane Restaurant in Miami, as Chef De Cuisine with Chef Timon.
His experience created the perfect foundation to join the team at Seaspice. His ability to modernize classic dishes with new gastronomic techniques has surpassed expectations through their taste, presentation, and variety.
KITCHEN
Seaspice Brasserie and Lounge, located on the banks of the Miami River, exemplifies the essence of waterfront dining. The restaurant offers seating for 350+ guests in a post-industrial warehouse outfitted in unexpected and sophisticated nautical touches. The brasserie embraces the idea of gastro-classic dining, elevated to new heights via modern techniques and a heartfelt commitment to quality. Dining accommodations include the main dining room and bar, an exterior courtyard lounge, a luscious garden bar, a covered patio, and the Modern Garden. Offering a great setting for private and corporate events, Seaspice has brought a vision unlike any other to the Miami River, where locals and tourists flock to get a taste of the signature wood-fired casseroles and specialty crafted cocktails, all while taking in the breathtaking scenery of the Miami River, the downtown skyline, and the gorgeous Floridian sunsets.
