Paul Chevalier, Winemaker
 
After being educated in winemaking the Universities of Reims and Bordeaux in France, Paul today has over 20 vintages of experience under his belt as an International Winemaker. He has worked for many top properties around the world; including Château Margaux, Maison Louis Latour, Champagne Veuve Clicquot, Cape Mentelle (Australia) as well as Cloudy Bay (New Zealand). Paul will be sharing his passion for wine with us including a special vintage from his cellar for the group to discover.
