At the W South Beach, where Executive Chef Michael Gilligan, has put together a wonderful menu, fashioned after the British Afternoon Tea, which includes tea sandwiches, Devonshire clotted cream,Cheddar Cheese Scones, and Fairy cakes and cookies for children of all ages.
