The Miami Beach Festival of the Arts 2009, to be held February 7th & 8th at Ocean Terrace (East of Collins from 73rd to 75th Street) will be an enriching cultural arts experience with captivating activities for the whole family to enjoy! Admission and parking are free.
First established in 1974, this two-day outdoor event is a showcase for the entire community of residents, tourists, art patrons, business sponsors, and the fine art exhibitors. Patrons browse amongst the fine art on exhibit while enjoying the cultural and performing arts. Ocean Terrace is positioned between the open sea, the commercial district, and the Community Center. This magnificent site offers an open-air band shell, Activity Center, and Beach Bowl with on-going music, dance, theatre, arts & crafts, storytelling, and international cuisine throughout the event for children of all ages.
