We women have to walk that often fine line between communicating what we want and need assertively, and being a you-know-what.

It's hard because most of us are taught to be agreeable, polite and helpful, and sometimes that can get in our way. We take on more work than we should, we have trouble saying "no" and others can take advantage of that. And sometimes when we get overwhelmed, well then the bit$# in us rears her ugly head (or at least that's how it's perceived).

Learn how to communicate assertively, without being aggressive. We'll do live exercises, role play (don't worry, you don't have to volunteer) and in general have a lot of fun ? while learning great stuff! If you already came to the first one, no worries, we've revamped the program so it's full of new material that picks up where the last one left off. And if you're new, don't worry, you'll be able to jump right in.
