On behalf of health & Wellness Council Co-Chairs Maia Mediavilla (Vi at Aventura) and Dr. Sachi (Sachi Wisdom), we invite you to join us for our monthly meeting.

Learn how to have a healthier relationship with the devices that rule our world:
We will spend time centering prior to launching into an open discussion about your daily tech usage and habits. Each person will walk away from this session with practical tools to implement and to manage their technology.
