To facilitate communication between and among the members of the Health & Wellness community and the Miami Beach community at large in order to (a) increase awareness that impacts individuals and businesses and (b) identify and create business opportunities between them.
Adedapo (Dapo) Iluyomade, M.D
Adedapo (Dapo) Iluyomade, M.D., is a preventive cardiologist at Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute, part of Baptist Health. Dr. Iluyomade specializes in preventive cardiology, clinical lipidology and cardiovascular imaging. He is fluent in English and Yoruba and conversational in Spanish.
Prior to joining Baptist Health in 2022, Dr. Iluyomade served as a noninvasive cardiologist at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine after completing his fellowship training at the same institution. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Plymouth State University and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, where he serves on the board of the Florida Chapter.
Passionate about furthering the field of preventive cardiology, Dr. Iluyomade was awarded a $50,000 COVID Innovations Grant from the Association of Black Cardiologists. While at the University of Miami, he also developed a program and algorithm to detect heart disease at its earliest stages in patients with diabetes.
Dr. Iluyomade values involving patients in their care and fostering an environment of collaborative medical decision-making. He enjoys hearing about his patients? lives and their diverse backgrounds. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Iluyomade enjoys traveling, basketball, CrossFit, culinary experiences, fine arts and graphic design.
Sabine Delouche is a Community Impact Director at the American Heart Association. As a South Florida native with Haitian roots, she has a passion for advancing health, while addressing disparities and barriers to equity here in our community. Sabine received her Master of Public Health from the University of Miami. When she isn?t working, you?ll find her salsa dancing or enjoying a bike ride around Miami?s neighborhoods.
Marisol Sierra is currently the Vice President of Development for the American Heart Association in Great Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Before joining the team, Marisol served as the Director of Development with Breakthrough Miami, focusing on education equity, Corporate Sponsorships Manager with Brightline, the first fast speed train in the US in over 100 years. She also led Business Development for Randstad Professionals, was a University Recruiter with Grant Thornton and in 2018, launched her consulting practice, where she serves as a facilitator with FIU?s MBA programs leading professional development seminars focused on career readiness and personal branding.
Marisol enjoys connecting people, places, and possibilities. With a need for health equity in SFL, she strives to bring awareness to the importance of heart disease in our communities. Before going into corporate America, Marisol worked 14 years at Florida International University (FIU) as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Business Development for the FIU Alumni Association. She has been a member of FIU?s President?s Council, the Creative Committee of The Beacon Council, a Benefactor to the FIU Frost Art Museum, the SFL Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers with the Kiwanis of Little Havana.
When she is not working, she?s enjoying time with her family, cooking, spending time with her four-legged daughter, Lola, or relaxing to Frank Sinatra. She is a creative and results-driven professional with nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, fundraising and business development. She attributes her hustle and work ethic to her Cuban roots/parents. A Miami, FL native, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with a minor in Marketing and Public Relations and her MBA with a specialization in International Business from FIU.
