The Practice,held from 2:30 - 5:30, is an advanced Skanda Yoga session developed by Kev Von Roen III. The Practice is a breath-inspired, alignment based Vinyasa style which channels the Mayan calendar to release your inner warrior and take on new challenges. In addition, this Saturday, according to the Mayan calendar, is the 365th day of the year and is called the "Day out of Time" because it is no day of the week or month at all. This Day out of Time is the Blue Electric Night, activating abundance for all in service to the Earth. During The Practice on Saturday we will be invoking our warrior spirit to establish a transformation within ourselves and we will share this energy with the Universe to help generate love, peace, and compassion.
