Description

Partner Yoga allows us to experience touch as an integral part of our practice. Using our partner to gain traction and leverage, we can open to greater depths and bring balance to our relationships. This workshop will be challenging and fun, and will give us a new insight into trust, compassion, and intimacy with others. Bring a partner/friend or come on your own and partner up. The workshop will be held from 2pm - 4 pm.
