From 2:30pm to 4:30pm learn to develop Lucid dreaming and how to apply various techniques in the dream world to strengthen awareness. Lucid dreaming is an ancient practice performed by many spiritual traditions to bring more consciousness into waking and dreaming life. It is referred to as the 4th state of consciousness in yoga, and is considered a state of enlightenment.
