Description
In today’s business world, the critical piece to our successes stem from customer service and the relationships we create. This month, the Emerging Leadership Council of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce will focus solely on how much “Service Matters” and what you can do to build and expand your business with the help of some friendly customer service basics. Customer service is found on all levels of your business, and is approached differently depending on what your business may be. These panelists come from varying viewpoints of customer service.
