Customer & You-Leadership Seminar

The Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority has again teamed up with FIU’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management to offer a new customer service program.  The four-hour course, entitled, The Customer and You – Leadership Seminar is the second phase of The Customer & You – Certificate Program in Service that began in 2005.

The new The Customer and You – Leadership Seminar will be offered free of charge to all supervisory or management level employees in the service industry who are responsible for supervising/managing a team, and have at least 6 months experience in this role.
