Description

Town Hall Meeting hosted by Miami Beach City Commissioner Jerry Libbin to discuss plans to change Florida Statute 718.116 pertaining to condominium foreclosures. The statute currently allows condo owners to be financially burdenend by paying higher maintenance fees and assessments that are not being paid by the banks or owners of units being foreclosed on. Expected attendees are State Representatives and other officials, Attorneys, Condominium Board Presidents and Community Association Managers.
