Located in the art deco hotel, Dream South Beach, Serafina Dream South Beach, specializes in signature Italian cuisine served in a fresco-soaked dining room and large outdoor terrace. Owners Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato are transporting Serafina’s New York comfort food to the heart of South Beach at the corner of 11^th Street and Collins Avenue, welcoming families, locals and guests to feel at home in the beach setting.
 
Based on an authentic approach to cooking that uses only the highest quality ingredients, Serafina’s fare originates from family recipes passed down from generation to generation. Chef Marco Zuccala’s classic menu tempts the palate with enticing, bold flavors and recipes. Appetizers include Carpaccio Di Filetto con Salsa di Tartufi Neri, thin sliced prime filet mignon with warm black truffle sauce and boiled potatoes and Tartare di Sofia, a selection of tuna and salmon marinated in a special sauce, the Italian way. Classic salads will include a Serafina signature, Arugula e Filetto, baby arugula salad with sliced seared filet mignon and shaved Parmigiano; and Serafina Chicken Salad, grilled organic chicken breast, romaine and mesclun, sun dried tomatoes, raisins, pine nuts, and a pesto dressing. 
 
Serafina Dream South Beach’s wood stone oven will create the restaurant’s famous Northern Italian style pizza as the kitchen crafts homemade pastas. Serafina will serve more than 24 pizza varieties ranging from classics such as four varieties of Margherita Pizza including Classic Margherita, Margherita V.I.P, Regina Margherita and Di Vittorio to the very sophisticated Tartufo Nero with robiola, fontina and truffle cheese, truffle oil and sliced black truffles. Homemade pastas are served al dente including Paglia & Fieno, homemade fettuccine with light tomato sauce, basil, Parmigiano and a touch of cream; and Raviolli ai Porcini, homemade ravioli filled and sautéed with fresh porcini mushrooms. Select pastas are available gluten free and in whole wheat. For daily breakfast Serafina offers favorites including Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and Egg White Frittata.
