(WE) and Mayor Matti Herrera Bower for Continental Breakfast at 8:30 am Friday March 16, 2012 to Kick-Off "The 4th Annual Miami Beach Women's Conference" at City Hall, 3rd Floor Veranda outside Commission Chambers.
