8oz Miami Beach can accommodate private parties and groups up to 250 in size. You can book your next event at 8oz using just the bar side of the restaurant (up to 125 guests) for very reasonable rates. 8oz is the perfect spot for birthday parties, corporate events and functions of all kinds. Signature burgers are "The 8oz" and "The Melrose", and are made with the highest quality humanely raised, hormone-free Black Angus sirloin, blended with short rib, chuck, and tri tip. They grill their burgers over live Texas oak, giving them an unmistakable taste that is all our own. Their natural grass-fed beef, free-range turkey and bison, and homemade veggie/vegan burgers can be customized endlessly with the long list of seasonal, house-made extras, sauces, and sides. You'll love their homemade pickles, thick-cut bacon, garlic roasted tomatoes, and caramelized onions; just a few of the things they make in their own kitchen.

While "burger" is in their name, their menu is loaded with signature salads, sandwiches, and sides which have made Chef Armstrong famous. 8 oz  Burger Bar will be providing special breakfast burgers for the Coffee with the Chamber.  In addition, they will be providing drink tickets to be redeemed (after 12 noon) for attendees.
