City of Miami Beach Announces First Annual "Sleepless Night" Event - The City of Miami Beach announced today the production of a unique citywide celebration of innovative and daring culture and entertainment called "Sleepless Night." The all-night, free event in Miami Beach has been scheduled for Saturday, November 3, 2007, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. - making it a 13-hour night due to the end of Daylight Savings Time.
