Do you know someone who has taken at least three incredible leaps in their life? We invite you to meet My Ideal Solution's fearless leader, Leila Chang. She has:
-Bungeed off a 150-foot crane in Acapulco, Mexico
-Rappelled down a downtown Miami skyscraper
-Took a leap of faith in 2006 to start what is now Ideal Solutions.
With a strong belief in the entrepreneurial spirit and the importance of business owners being able to focus on core competencies, she created Ideal Solutions to help entrepreneurs outsource what makes sense so their business can grow.
A passionate entrepreneur, Leila has been the CEO and shareholder of several South Florida companies and is also the current CEO of a dental benefits company. Born in Guantanamo, Cuba, incredible leaps of faith have been a constant in her life. She is a first-generation immigrant to the United States. Her parents are from Cuba and China and she is tremendously proud of her heritage and how it shaped who she is today.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Florida International University. Living in Miami her whole life, she considers herself very much a “Miami Girl.” She is an avid networker and member of BNI Miami Beach. She is a Pillar Board Member and very involved with the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.
In the rare moments of not working on something new and exciting, she is a die-hard Orange Theory enthusiast and enjoys yoga. She also swears that daily meditation is what keeps her centered and sane.
