Experience the fiery passion and artful grace of authentic Flamenco at Ballet Flamenco La Rosa’s Ritmo y Pasion (Rhythm and Passion) on Sunday, March 1 at 3 pm. In celebration of its 30th Anniversary Season, this new, original work will take place in an intimate, up close and personal setting at the Black Box Theatre of PAN, Performing Arts Network in North Miami.
The international flavor and appeal of Flamenco will be brought to life by an international cast of performers and musicians, capturing the spellbinding power of Flamenco at its best - vocalist Salvador De Angela, guitarist Alex Jordan, dancers Jose Junco, Juan Sobrino, Maria Mercedes and Ilisa Rosal.
This performance will delight with authentic Flamenco music and dance, produced in a range of rhythms and styles that are dramatic, soulful, joyous, sensual and passionate all at once. Add the powerful vocals, electrifying footwork, and all of the grace and beauty that has made Flamenco so loved by audiences throughout the world, and this authentic Flamenco production will have you on your feet, chanting “Ole!”
