Description

Arts and Healing is a new series of arts workshops that uses arts to help people overcome stress, fatigue, worry and anxiety. The March 7 workshop features visual artists Dena Stewart and Paula Turk, who use both visual art and writing for expression, intorspection, and creative problem solving, all of which can be the first steps towards healing an emotional wound.
