By sharing their personal experiences, research and real-life crisis situations, you will learn how to turn fear into empowerment, train yourself to trust your instincts and proactively identify and avoid harmful situations before they happen.
Detective Vivian will share information on a free women's self-defense program offered by the Miami Beach Police Dept.
