\nJoin us for a group sound bath meditation class. We recommend that our guests come in comfortable attire\, as you will be seated (or lying) on yoga mats during the sound bath.

\nSound bath is a time to sink into a state of peace and calm. The session utilizes the harmonics of crystal and brass sound bowls\, chimes\, gong and earth grounding rhythmic instruments. \; \;

They are located on the 3rd floor of the 420 Building on Lincoln Road &\; Washington Ave. There is a parking garage located just above the TimeOut Market for $3 per hour. The entrance to the garage is on 16th and Drexel. Street parking for a nominal fee is available around the perimeter of the building as well. Please enter through the main entrance on Lincoln Road and proceed to the 3rd floor. Suite 349.
