Loire has some real gems besides Sancerre.  Think Muscadets\, Rose de Anjou\, Saumur\, Vouvray\, Chinon...Of course no class would be complete if you did not taste the wines \;). We promise a taste of at least six wines from the Loire.\n\nFernando has been in the food and wine business for over twenty years. He worked as a sommelier for Chef Alfred Portale and Micheal Mina for five years at the Fontainebleau Resort and has completed his certification level from the court of Master Sommeliers\; no easy feat.\n\n\n\nClass is limited to 15 people.
