Read along with Ely Bistrong\, an artist/educator\, and then create your own artwork to take home inspired by the children's books: Rangoli: Discovering the Art of Indian Decoration\, and Indian Tales: A Barefoot Collection. Adults attending with children will receive a free copy of The Namesake by Jhumpa Lahiri. This event is presented in partnership with The Center for Literature and Theatre at MDC.
