Their first location on the charming Espanola Way was the first yoga studio in Miami Beach\, since then they have moved to their current location on Alton Road.  They proudly offer more than 40 classes a week\, with a unique selection of the most refined styles in Yoga such as Kundalini\, Jivamukti\, Prenatal\, Ashtanga\, Hatha Yoga and more\, while being careful to stick with the traditional philosophies and ethics of Yoga. They also work to better the community by offering Yoga Teacher Training's\, Thai Massage Certifications\, Reiki Certification and have beautiful community events such as Zen Dinners\, which are a 3-course vegan meal with a meditation and music.\n\n \n\nTheir overall mission at Synergy Yoga Center is to provide a sacred space to empower their community through the dynamic teachings of Yoga.
