DESCRIPTION:Special Olympics "Flame of Hope" will arrive from Shanghai\, China on South Beach (near 10th Street) at 9:45 am Tuesday\, January 13.  The torch will then be escorted by 250 law enforcement representatives/runners and Special Olympics athletes to a ceremony at Bayfront Park.  The torch then moves on to NY\, LA\, before its final destination: the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games in Boise\, Idaho February 7-13
