DESCRIPTION:Lecture 10am-11am  (Free with Registration)\n\nPotting Workshop ($20 for plants and supplies) \n\nLearn to create beautiful balcony gardens\, with plants suitable for South Florida. Maria Teresa will discuss plants that do well in our coastal region\, plants tolerant to salt\, wind and shade. You will learn the basics of container gardening and caring for the container plants in the balcony. She will help you to choose the right plant for the right place. \n\nFollowing the talk\, you are invited to join her on a special tour identifying the plants in our Pine Rockland Garden.
