DESCRIPTION:Please join Commissioner Libbin for one important hour this Saturday\, September 27th where he will lead a "No Litter\, No Butts" walk with environmentalists\, students\, residents and others concerned about litter on our beaches.  The walk will begin at 10:00 a.m. for approximately one hour beginning on 7th Street and Collins Avenue.  Demonstrators will walk eastward to the beach and North and South along the beach.
