DESCRIPTION:City of Miami Beach Commissioner Libbin is organizing a litter awareness program on two successive week-ends in November 2008.  At every public access point to our beaches\, volunteers will greet and welcome beach goers while kindly reminding them of our litter laws.  This will be a meeting to discuss the details of the program. The program will take place during each of the two weekends below from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 pm.
