Located at the newly renovated Gale South Beach\, Dolce Italian welcomes guests with classic handcrafted Italian cocktails at a lively bar\, and cuisine that is authentic\, delicious and surprisingly affordable. Linger over a Negroni or Bellini while sharing a freshly-fired pizza from the wood-burning oven or enjoy a platter of delicious artisanal cured meats including housemade pate.\n\n	\n\n	Upstairs\, the dining room is simple and modern\, with wood-paneled walls\, crisp white linens on the tables and tufted leather banquettes. A mozzarella bar takes center stage\, featuring freshly made to order platters\, while Italian-born executive chef Paolo Dorigato's menu of updated Italian classics includes perfectly made pastas such as the Pappardelle alla Bolognese\, brimming with braised beef\, veal and pork\, a rich seafood risotto loaded with shrimp\, scallops and calamari and a simply sublime spaghetti al Pomodoro.
