SUMMARY:Impact Collaborative: Making Early Childhood Education Profitable\, The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade Systems Change Grant Program 2022
DESCRIPTION:Your Women's Fund Board and team promised a return to our founding core program of grantmaking and is delivering on that promise\, thanks to a brilliant cohort of new grantees! The Women's Fund\, with help from community partners\, understood that problems in the early education and childcare system are a direct impediment to Women's Economic Mobility. So\, we delivered on our promise by awarding grants to community-based efforts addressing lasting solutions to the labor force and financial sustainability problems of the childcare system in Miami Dade. Our goal is not only to have our children benefit from a quality early education but also to make those educators who take care of our children and the provider businesses profitable. It is the grassroots wisdom of leaders working in our community who know what needs to be done. We thank the current cohort of grantees and welcome their voices to be the protagonists of this Impact Collaborative.\n\nJoin your Women's Fund 2022 Grantees virtually via Zoom Webinar on Thursday\, November 3rd\, from 9:00am 10:00am in a conversation on how to reenvision an early childhood education system that is equitable\, profitable\, and sustainable for our communities.
